We provide advice on everything from housing to pensions; help with heating costs to disability allowances; and anything else that might be needed. Advice is available by phone, appointment, drop-in or via a home visit. The Information & Advice service provides free and impartial advice and information on a wide range of issues, from benefit checks to form filling, and from legal to advocacy issues.
Our wealth of experience in supporting older people – including responding both to their needs and those of their carers – means that our friendly advisors can offer vital assistance at every stage e.g. from initial identification of needs through to applications for benefits and even representation at tribunals, thus ensuring that benefits and services are accessed effectively for older people.
